My buddy Cody turned me on to the immersive and interactive art experience of Meow Wolf. He had been to the one in Santa Fe and wanted to check the one called Mega Mart in Vegas. So Katie and I met Cody and Angie our mutual friend Alexadra’s place outside Vegas for the weekend. The day before Meow Wolf we went over to the Black River Gorge and descended Motorcycle Canyon down to the river and soaked in some hot springs for a while. The next day we entered Mega Mart for a fun and surreal experience. We were together for a little bit but then went about our separate ways. It’s a place to really try and get lost in and see where it takes you. There are fun puzzles and clues to follow if you care about the story, or you can just wander and marvel at all the cool and creative shit. It was like doing a day trip to Burning Man or something. Fun times.
